🚨 УЛУЧШЕНИЕ СИСТЕМЫ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ И ЗАЩИТЫ ОТ МОШЕННИЧЕСТВА 🚨
Стабильная экономика и честная конкурентная среда - важнейшие условия для развития проекта в долгосрочной перспективе.🚀 К сожалению, некоторые игроки ищут пути обмануть систему и прогрессировать быстрее нечестными путями, ставя под угрозу внутриигровой баланс. Команда Walken уделяет особое внимание борьбе с читерством 🛡 и абьюзом системы и предпринимает ряд действий, чтобы обеспечить честную игру и обезопасить игроков. 🤓
⚠️ В рамках борьбы с абьюзом системы мы вводим блокировку игрового маркетплейса ❌ для тех пользователей, кто создает большое количество запросов (например, более 50 в рамках 1 минуты), что выглядит как подозрительное поведение, неестественное для обычного пользователя 🧐
Для пользователя эта блокировка выглядит как не прогружающийся маркетплейс ⏳, к которому он не сможет получить доступ и не сможет купить предметы или Катлетов ❌.
Данная блокировка не означает, что в будущем игрок не сможет больше пользоваться маркетплейсом. В рамках новой системы проверки игрок получает временную блокировку, по истечении которой доступ к маркетплейсу возвращается.
1-я блокировка - 1 неделя
2-я блокировка - 2 недели
3-я блокировка - постоянная
В будущем обновлении заблокированные пользователи будут видеть время разблокировки ⏰ маркетплейса внутри приложения.
‼️Важно отметить, что данная блокировка касается ТОЛЬКО маркетплейса, и мы не ограничиваем любые другие ваши действия в приложении, такие как соревнования, бридинг, прокачку и т.д.
Этот и другие защитные алгоритмы Walken настроены таким образом, чтобы отрабатывать только в случае реального абьюза и быть безопасными для честных игроков🕊️. К примеру, с данной блокировкой в день сталкивается порядка 10-20 пользовталей даже в пиковую нагрузку как, например, после раздачи лутбоксов. Смело пользуйтесь Маркетом, как и ранее: вы не получите бан просто за поиск и покупку НФТ.

A stable economy and fair competition are crucial for the long-term development 🚀 of any project. Unfortunately, some players look for ways to cheat 🤨 and progress faster unfairly, putting sustainability at risk. The Walken team pays special attention to combating system abuse 🛡️ and cheating behaviour, and takes a series of actions to prevent cheating in the game 🤓.
⚠️ As part of our efforts to combat system abuse, we introduce in-game marketplace blocking ❌ for users who submit an unnaturally large number of requests (say over 50 in 1 minute), which appears to be a highly abnormal and suspicious behavior 👀 of an average user.
For a user, this block will look like the ever loading Marketplace ⏳, and they will not be able to either access it or buy NFTs ❌.
However, this block doesn’t mean one’s shopping is over for good. With the new verification system, we’re making sure to minimise unfair or accidental blocking: once caught red-handed for the first time, a player’s access to the Marketplace is restricted temporary and will be restored.
1st time - 1 week
2nd time - 2 weeks
3rd time - permanent
In the upcoming update, we’ll add a timer ⏰ indicating when a temporary restriction (1st or 2nd time) will be removed.
‼️ It must be emphasised that this restriction applies to the Marketplace ONLY, and no other in-app activity will be affected, such as competitions, breeding, leveling up, etc.
🔔 We would also like to assure you that this and other security algorithms in Walken are fine-tuned to detect real abuse 🔍 and are absolutely no threat to honest players who engage in in-game activities. Every day about 10 to 20 cheaters are detected, which is obviously far from mass banning or flawed performance. You will not be banned for simply browsing the Marketplace.
The last but not least, if a player believes the ban is unjustified, it is possible to request unban via appeal@walken.io, and the team investigates every appeal.
